  • If you would like to be a greeter on Sunday mornings there is a sign up sheet on the trophy case.

 

 

  • Recycle Saturday will be the 1st Saturday of every even month.

 

  • If you would like to provide alter flowers, the sign up sheet is hanging up.

 

  • Coffee hour is offered the 1st Sunday of every month.  There is a calander on the coffee table if you would like to sign up to do a Sunday.

  • It’s time to update our phone and email Prayer Circle lists.  If you would like to be added or removed from either of the Prayer Circle lists, please see the list posted on the trophy case.

 

 

  • Just a reminder:  To help protect and respect the privacy of those sick/hospitalized/care facilities, be sure to obtain the family’s permission first before announcing or requesting prayers.  Please say something to Jan if their name may be added to the  bulletin or newsletter prayer lists.

 

  • The Faith Formation Committee is offering free books on how to raise your child in faith from preschool through teen years.  They are on the back table in the overflow room.

 

  • There is a sign up sheet on the T.C. for those willing to help Jannie Snyder organize and help with the May 15-17 Rummage Sale.

 

  • Everyone is encouraged to to participate in Trinity’s 2020 Card Challenge.  See your bulletin insert for details.  Any questions, please talk with Char Carrick.

 

  • A joint Ash Wednesday service will be held here on February 26 beginning at 7pm.  St. John’s will join us for this special service with the imposition of ashes as we begin our Lenten journey.

 

  • Pastor Elyse will offer a Lenten Bible Study each Monday evening beginning March 1 through April 6 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.  We will look at the book, Renegade Gospel: The Rebel Jesus, by Mike Slaughter.  Pastor Elyse will have handouts available as you do not need to purchase or have read the book to attend this intriuing Lenten study.  Just bring your Bible.

 

  • Mohawk Community Library is offering a special event titled, “Hidden in Plain Sight,” which helps parents identify materials used in illegal activities by their teenagers.  It will be offered Monday, Feb. 24 from 3pm-7pm.  You are welcome to come and go as you please.  This is for adults only, but children are welcome to stay with library staff as you complete the 15 to 20 minute walk through of the mock bedroom setup.

 

  • The North Coast Concert Band will present “Welcome Spring Concert” on Sunday, March 1st at 3p.m. at the Clyde High School Performing Arts Center, 1015 Race St.  Admission is free.

  • Sycamore Community Food Pantry The Sycamore Community Food Pantry is open from 9:00am- 12 noon on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays  for any person or family in the Mohawk School District area in need of help, in the basement of Sycamore United Church of Christ. For additional information you may call Sycamore UCC at 419-927-9707 Monday-Thursday from 9:00a.m. to noon.
